By accessing and using my Website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Terms of Service agreement. In addition when using this Website’s particular services, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Agreement.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; and is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, correctness, completeness, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. I reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice

I disclaim any liability that arises from the use of my Website. This includes any liability for following any ideas, tips, practices and suggestions on the site. Nor can I take responsibility for viruses or software failure arising from accessing my Website or any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a third party's intrusion into my site or from any other cause. There are no video clips on my site but be aware that there are hyperlinks to sites which may well have video streams. When following these hyperlinks check the Terms of Service of the Websites you are linking to so that you are aware of liabilities regarding the effects of viewing video streams.
5. Copyright
The intellectual property rights and copyright of all photographs of my artwork and underwater photography belongs to me, Steve Pratchett. These images cannot be shared with any third parties or used in any publications without seeking my permission. I will make my email address available to anyone who believes that his or her intellectual property rights have been infringed upon.
6. Advertising my Website to Visitors
There are hyperlinks from my website to social networking sites. By using such links you are accepting the privacy policies of these social networking websites and any web-tracking methods they use. I advertise my site through personally giving out my artist's card on which are my email and Website addresses. I also share my site on social networking sites, among them ‘Facebook’ (URL https://www.facebook.com/steve.pratchett); ‘Wetpixel Underwater Photography’ (URL https://www.facebook.com/WetpixelUnderwaterPhotography) and ‘Wonderstreet’ (URL http://wonderstreet.com) where I share photographs of my artwork or scuba diving experiences. I never store or process personal data or comments from the users of my Website on these social media sites.
7. Age of Consent & Safeguarding
The content of my Website consists of my underwater photographs, photographs of my artwork and examples of my students papier-mâché work, all of which are accompanied by explanatory text. As there is no adult content, the material may be of interest to people of all ages who like to view and read about art and underwater creatures and environments. However, the legal age of consent for accessing Websites is 16 so anyone under 16 are not permitted to access this site without express permission from a parent, guardian, carer or teacher/instructor.
8. Electronic Transactions
No electronic financial online transactions such as PayPal are used on this site so there are no requests made for payment card details or billing addresses, etc., which would be required for processing payments online.
9. Use of data
For full details visit my Privacy Policy on the Website Privacy Policy page. On my Contact Page you may wish to send me a message or enquiry. To do so requires you to submit your name, email address and telephone number. Before doing this you are invited to visit my Privacy Policy Page to see how this data is treated and privacy safeguarded. My Host Provider, Yola, Inc., uses cookies and tracking technologies. How they treat, use and safeguard the privacy of this data and how you can request access to it and request its deletion is all explained on my Website Privacy Policy page.
10. Endorsement of Products
On occasions I may endorse products on my Website such as the underwater camera I use or a particular medium I use in my artwork. In addition I may endorse establishments offering a service that I have had personal experience of using, e.g., a diving centre. I do not get paid for endorsing, recommending, or drawing attention to a product or establishment and I take my reputation and credibility seriously by only endorsing a product that I have tried and /or researched. Were I ever to get paid for an endorsement, I would disclose this in my Terms of Service. There is always the possibility that a supplier may offer a discount in the knowledge that my website is raising the profile of thereby endorsing their product. If any such compensation/reward as this were to be made, I would amend my Conditions of Service to reflect this.
